- There is no electricity in the building (is it throughout the entire building or just in your unit? Please check this first!)
- There is a water leak.
- In case of fire.
- There is no heating.
- The fire alarm goes off without reason and you can't reset it.
WHEN SHOULD YOU NOT CALL THE EMERGENCY NUMBER? Feel free to contact us during office hours.
- You want information about a room or studio.
- There is a leaking faucet.
- Your lamp is broken.
- The internet is not working.
- You have forgotten or lost your key.
